@questionpinkamenadianepie Yes. The general rule is that the content should stay within a PG-13 rating.

@questionpinkamenadianepie if you tag suggestive art as #nsfw then that's okay, but if it shows genitals or is otherwise pornographic or shows open wounds on characters I think you can get a warning. If you're not sure then you can ask a moderator.
