@redenchilada I would imagine that the only type of Sonic fanfics are bad fanfics. I don't read any fics, myself. There's a reason some people are paid to write, and a reason why people who aren't paid to write aren't paid to write.

@engelhardt After attempting to read a couple of really awful fanfics, I swore I'd never touch one again, but after I got into MLP, I rethought a lot of those rash decisions I made, and found that there were actually some very well-written stories coming out of this fandom. There's crap, but it doesn't generally tend to float to the surface here.

@abigpony It IS terrible, but you're confusing it with the Sonic furbananass. The real Sonic fandumb spends their time cherriesing about his eye color in the newest game coming out!

@starshine ...Wait. I have a shoddy memory. The Sonic Stadium is actually a pretty good source. It's mostly official news, but then again, the ratio of official news to quality content is MUCH higher in the Sonic fandom. Then again, I'm also slightly biased, coming from the fangaming sub-fandom.
