      @abigpony PS1 emulation's easy, though. My last computer couldn't handle Youtube without shutting off abruptly after a while, and it ran PS1 games perfectly.

      @abigpony Streaming is always painful. Did you try disabling Windows' Aero while you stream? Xsplit does it for me and it really helps the performance.

      @mrbrown He's had a whopping zero successful streams. But to answer your initial question (because I'm a snobby know-it-all) you use a program for it. (Use Xsplit. It's a really good program.)

      @mrbrown Using a capture card is a lot easier (and nicer!) than, say, pointing a camera at your television and streaming that, so...
