    1. @derpy I'm pretty new here but, checking in last night in the middle of the whole hoohaa with Zach and co, I was pretty surprised by some of the unnecessary spite... but then again, I don't really know these folk or the full situation.

      1. @pawnheart You'd probably regard the spite as less unnecessary if you realised that he does this basically about once a week. It disrupts the site and promotes nothing but discord.

        1. @ceruleanspark ...Well, I really don't claim to know the situation (cos, well, I don't). To be honest, I was bloody confused about who was slighting who with all the duplicate accounts popping up...

          1. @pawnheart I'm not particularly following it, but I tend to lose all respect for anypony that says I'M LEAVING FOREVER and then doesn't leave. It's just blatant attention seeking then.

            1. @ceruleanspark I'm not all that active in the fandom anymore (outside of meets) but I remember I would often see furries go "I'M LEAVING FOREVEERRR!!!!" and be back within a few days, a week at most.

        2. @ceruleanspark Also... Discord eh? Maybe its some viral promotion for the series 2 premier. Possibly. Silver lining, n'all?

        3. @ceruleanspark He does? I've only seen it once or twice, does this crap really happen that often? :S (I go offline for hours at a time so I probably missed it a lot of the time...good thing for it too.)

    2. @pawnheart It's called drama and some folks just can't help but try to stip it up.

Friday, 26-Aug-11 12:50:51 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
      1. @colfax Yeah... Well, I suppose it happens on pretty much every message board. Would be nice if they felt it wasn't necessary though...

        1. @pawnheart My theory on it is that it all stems from their firm conviction that the universe will end if they're not the center of it

Friday, 26-Aug-11 12:56:35 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
          1. @colfax Well, being a peripheral figure in your own existence is... a pretty frightening prospect, I think you'll agree!

Friday, 26-Aug-11 12:58:26 UTC from web
            1. @pawnheart Actually, you kinda get used to it after a while.

Friday, 26-Aug-11 12:59:46 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
              1. @colfax I admire your ability to adapt... though I am slightly concerned!

                1. @pawnheart I've already left my mark on the world, several times over if you count each crater individually.

                  1. @colfax Nice to see someone with an eye... (puts on sunglasses) for the crater good...

                    1. @pawnheart After that one you might want to have someone you don't like start your car for you.

                      1. @colfax Dude decided to take a ride in the pawnmobile... (puts on sunglasses) He had a blast.

    3. @pawnheart I once had someone hack a blog I host and post a deeply offensive and personal 10 page rant about what terrible people I and all my friends are as their leaving speech. This is pretty tame in comparison. (also, the guy that did that at least had the decency to actually leave)

Friday, 26-Aug-11 12:51:05 UTC from web
      1. @ceruleanspark Cripes... indeed.

        1. @pawnheart Whilst I find the ideals of love and tolerance laudable, I think that in this case, not feeding their constant desire for validation would be better.

Friday, 26-Aug-11 13:00:28 UTC from web
          1. @ceruleanspark Well... it could be regarded as "tough love", I s'pose.

    4. @rotation Ha! thanks...

    5. @derpy agreed derpy, then again, like you I do not know the entire situation since I am pretty new here

Friday, 26-Aug-11 14:03:01 UTC from web
      1. @derpybronylikesrarity This is just my personal opinion, but the guy is a total attention "horse" (don't look at me, it seems to be the common term on here) always complaining about something, or spamming !hugs in his posts from what I can remember. And according to @cerlueanspark (hope to Celestia I spelled that right) he causes a big round of e-drama on here quite often.

        1. @leonkfox ah, I see.I just thought alot of the stuff said last night was really malicious though. (then again, as stated before I'm pretty new so I haven't seen absolutely everything here. Also,I won't look at you wierd for saying attention horse, I say everypony for crying out loud xD)

Friday, 26-Aug-11 14:09:00 UTC from web
          1. @derpybronylikesrarity Think on it this way, if money were falling from the sky he'd be the one complaining because he had to bend over to pick it up.

Friday, 26-Aug-11 14:11:54 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
          2. @derpybronylikesrarity As do a lot of people on here, including myself :P But "attention horse" is an even more rimshot worthy pun IMO :P But yeah, I think some people are just getting fed up with it to be honest.
