FREE COMPUTER TECHNICIAN ADVICE PLEASE LISTEN: On either sunday or monday, back up your computer. Then when that is done, run CCleaner on your computer, then use the registry cleaner utility that comes with it. Then go through your programs with either the utility on ccleaner or the control panel under programs and features and get rid of anything you do not use. After that, run disk defragmenter (unless you have a expensive flash drive). Reason why you should do it on those days is because Microsoft releases patches and security updates on tuesdays.
