@desiros It comes down to how honourable you want to be. Be greedy and break up a relationship he is happy with by letting redhead do her thing. Or tell him what the redhead is really doing. Some odd laughing and nervous looks might happen but that will show him a good friend that will always have his back. If he is even half decent. If he's an cherries then it would end badly and would just prove how much you wouldnt deserve him anyway.
