Do any of you remember CatBlock? It was Adblock's April Fools day joke (where all the ads were replaced by cats), but the developer now plans to continue it. @toksyuryel I don't think an entire culture could be based in that, not with humanity at it's current state. If intellectual elite were chosen from all the world and given the opportunity, and the next generations were controlled to avoid bad genes, it could work. But not with silly willful guys who don't know when they're standing, like 90% of our species is right now. As a species, we don't have knowledge, and we don't have discipline right now.
