@frostflow Others I've talked to have named spending quality time with family, friends, playing sports, and doing work with their hands.. Best way for me is usually stretching, exercise and music followed by meditation.

@frostflow that's a common problem for professionals in my line of work. Trick is to recharge in healthy ways often.. it takes discipline and self sacrifice.. I'm not quite there yet myself.
