Looks like it's possible that the site problems were due to us exceeding the daily quota for the geolocation service we used. Or a DoS attack. Or both! 9.6

@purpletinker Any way to turn that off by default?

@colfax I disabled the geolocation plugin for now. Let's see if it helps. If so, I can probably implement a local geolocation proxy. That'd cut down on the number of requests we send.

@serrio I have no idea what, if anything, is going on. I've heard the server has gone down several times. No clue why.

@purpletinker The site still responds to ping, but both here and RP completely fail to respond to HTTP requests.
