  19. @nixter He can exist, according to that logic, because it is not necessarily evil that a sequence of events will happen, leading to the Revelation. Humans just fail to fully understand. Anyways, I respect your beliefs. Thanks for discussing with me! :D

  20. @nerthos Through the Bible, we can communicate with God. It (the original parts of it, at least..) was made sacredly and in the vision of God. He IS the word. Stupid human translations ruined it. Darn humans. God allowed/created those contradictions though lol ^^ I, too, find humans as just BLEH creatures, which then weirds me out, and agree that we should just try to better ourselves. (wwjd haha) I really wish some of my closest friends were like you so they could talk with me about these things :DD I do have a couple but I feel like I just clicked with you on this topic (well disregarding the whole ..first thing he discussed that I do not feel like wording once more) . ALL ON A BRONY FANDOM SITE. ahaha

  21. @nixter What tricks me is that God knows everything, so he knew and knows all that would/will happen. Why'd he allow the Original Sin to occur if he already knew the end would be the Revelation? Then, of course, is the whole Lucifer thing. It's like a chess game between the two and we're just the pawns, but the victor is already known.

  22. @nixter Woah aha. God's goal wasn't to kill the Egyptians. He wanted to free the Jews, and he did so. The deaths of the Egyptians happened amidst that, and those were justified with the warnings in order to achieve his goal.

  23. @nerthos I say he is a cool deity, not just a symbol. God should be sought, better understood, even He is outside our grasp; no, because He IS outside our grasp, we should strive to better ourselves to understand Him. lol (: We're only human so we'll never be able to actually fully grasp it and that's probably what God intended. The interpretations should totally be sifted so that they actually go by the Bible. We need a re-do. heh heh. as a Christian I'll just say: w/e. the Revelation will happen and so be it :P

Saturday, 22-Dec-12 05:12:15 UTC from web in context
  24. @nixter God is rational. He gave how many warnings to the Egyptians?

Saturday, 22-Dec-12 05:03:59 UTC from web in context
  25. @nerthos So let me sum it up. To you, the interpretations of people about God do not sum up to be God himself because their interpretations suck since they sway to human will and motivation. I can agree with you on that since I've witnessed horrible sermons. I say that although many are wrong, some have it right and that you get to pick and choose from those "ideas" to form the idea of the best God that corresponds to your personal ideals and your religious doctrines. Am I going in the right direction of this conversation.

  26. @nixter Satan is evil because he undermined God, the awesomeness himself <I don't mean to sound like a Jesus Freak>. It's not a sin to be angry. When did God kill for no reason?

  27. @celestiaforequestria Pwn them with knowledge c: "YOU'RE EATING THIS ONE CHEMICAL THAT KILLS 3 YEARS PER BITE" hehe

Saturday, 22-Dec-12 04:49:52 UTC from web in context
  28. @nerthos Well they're only human interpretations. God isn't some human-ish thing with awesome powers, he's an awesome thing with appropriate powers. My words. they are lacking.

Saturday, 22-Dec-12 04:48:47 UTC from web in context
  29. @celestiaforequestria Why would they mock you?

Saturday, 22-Dec-12 04:45:50 UTC from web in context
  30. @nixter God can share qualities that of humans since they're just qualities. Perfection shouldn't be determined on whether anger is present.
