@communistprime I'm moving into my dorm for college! And it's taking way, way longer than I anticipated. I ended up going to sleep at 6AM and waking up at 11 to continue. XD

@cabal Well, what happened was I happened to ACCIDENTALLY make a little too much eye-contact while passing his table, and he proceeded to try and sell me some of the Scientology books - the dictionary of spelling, or some such nonsense. I listened politely (big mistake!), but kept saying, "Well, no, I wouldn't really be able to use these, I already speak English" - "Oh, but they help with teaching OTHER people English! You're a mother, right?" "...no?" And so on. And so I finally said, hey, money's short, I gotta be moving on, thanks for the info anyway, and I skedaddled. Later, when I passed his table (not hard to do, in such a small hall) with a bag of merch, he singled me out from the crowd to question my choice of purchase. "Oh, I thought you said you didn't have any money? So how did you buy all of that?" As if, you know, NOT buying his cult's books was some kind of personal insult. Also, he smelled and looked like he hadn't bathed in days; definitely unsettling.

@tehtrojanpony I wonder if that was mine! I suggested a meetup, but no one ever replied so it didn't happen. :( I went, but all I got was harassment from the nasty-grapes Scientologist, LOL. I actually live on campus, but I have no car. :(

@tehtrojanpony Cool! Sounds like a fun time at school. :] I'm vocal arts, so I've been in the Thornton school all five years of undergrad (ouch!), and now I'm in it for another two semesters, LOL! And my advisor is doing her damndest to see that it doesn't happen, apparently. :/ It's a shame the other meetup is on the same day, it would be cool to see a fellow Trojan brony. :]

!socalbronies !labronies @crimsonvalor I know no one's heard of it, but is anyone going to the LA Sci Fi and Comic Convention? It's like, 8 bucks to get in, and it's usually mostly empty - if I end up going, I wouldn't mind meeting up with some bronies, maybe hanging out, getting lunch or something. :D It's August 21st in LA, so I'm not sure if I'll be free then, but I try to go every time it shows up. Last time I got hassled by this kiwi scientologist though- wouldn't mind having brony backup this time. ;)

I haven't sent the postcard yet, but I'm going to be getting her address soon. I am LOVING my fineflank pony, thank you so much!! I forgot which other pony you said you needed - Firefly and who? I ask because I have a Firefly G1 in my baitbox, who looks fine except for no tail, so if you want her, she's yours! (I can also make her a new tail - I have Dollyhair here in the right color, or I might even have a leftover Firefly tail!)
