I'm a 19 year old male student, who is home schooled/takes online classes. I'm also autistic (asperger's syndrome/high functiong autism) and besides being a brony, my passions are video games and computers. If a ISP offers wi-fi networking services for their connections (of course, probably for a monthly fee), can they throttle a customer's connection if they setup a wi-fi network using their connection without having the wi-fi service in the package?

@ceruleanspark Like other web-tv setup boxes, the primary disadvantage to Roku is it's lack of a web browser. While this means you may not be able to view certain content, this also means setup boxes might not be around if they don't adapt soon enough
