@lilytheamazingfaintingpony I can't remember the last time I actually learned a useful intellectual skill from a videogame. I don't doubt that they CAN be a useful tool for that sort of thing, I just think that in the position that the market is currently in, they aren't.

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony I was glad to see you got some screen time this episode :P. I don't really have time to play traditional RPG's anymore, but maybe I'll revist SOA at some point.

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony I don't think I even beat the first boss. The idea that I had to do 1400 random battles to level up enough threw me.

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony I've owned 3 Dreamcasts, all of which have had annoying faults here and there. I've combined them into a fully functional frankencast though so thats good I guess. I buy systems when I see them because often they're cheaper than replacement lasers

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony Ah... mine is not long for this world... my brother cultivated a pretty swanky collection for it too. He's got both Shenmue games (I can't be bucked with 'em really... but apparently that's pretty unusual)... and I recently managed to procure 'Skies of Arcadia' from a charity shop for about 3 quid. Hows thangs anyway?

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony Ah. Well it is pretty easy to play medic, if you get the basics down. I sometimes screw around just meleeing the other team instead of healing my team, but even If I do heal my team, they'll just get me killed...

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony Yes it is very convenient. I only hop on to some servers that allow mic spamming, when I feel that my computer would handle it, or else i'd just mute them.
