@widget But it's demonstrative of the kind of stuff that can accidentally happen there. Maybe autofill the group page with "join group" instead of "!group" if the user hasn't joined it? Or maybe something like "join!group" and have a plugin to automatically join the group if it finds that, while still letting the notice through. Or something.

@redenchilada @widget Or if you wanna get incredibly hacky, have the autofill include a non-printing Unicode character somewhere by the group name and use that! /slapped
