@caret7 I have been busy with work and looking for a different job. I used Daily Motion to watch Season 4. I should see if there are any Season 5 episodes there.

@gizmoo247 Thanks. I will probably spend some time reading, shooting, and hanging out with some friends on the weekend. I do have a job interview tomorrow. Hopefully it goes well. I have employment now that pays my bills, but I am looking for a job where my recently obtained college degree is relevant.

@gizmoo247 I live in a Twin Cities suburb, but like last year, I am not going to attend. I may like MLP: FiM, but that doesn't mean I want to spend an entire weekend focusing on it.

@metaltao I will see what happens. I have applied at 17 places since graduation. I am still waiting to hear back from several of them, but most of them ended up looking for someone with actual field experience. I am in a frustrating catch-22: they want me to have field experience, but I can't get it unless I am hired.

Interesting. It looks like there are three such jobs in that hospital network. Hopefully this makes me more likely to get a job. My college performance impressed the manager at another location where I interviewed. Hopefully this will work in my favor.

@metaltao Of course, this is a big "if." A fresh college graduate like me is at a definite disadvantage, as I don't have any field experience. This job doesn't require a college degree in itself, so I am hoping that my degree and honor graduate status work to my advantage.

@metaltao I am an HVAC doctor. Interestingly enough, I have an interview next week for a job doing HVAC and maintenance work in a hospital setting. :D

@metaltao I would have fixed it myself if it were my fridge. Since I rent an apartment, I can't do anything to it. It was interesting talking about it with the maintenance guy and coming to this conclusion, though. I distinctly remember troubleshooting a "bugged" floral case back in college, and I identified the problem as a bad thermostat (stuck closed).
