@eaglehooves it helps when you follow the directions ;) corporate was struggling all day with the same issue of shops not reading the big bold letters that say "V2 code is not compatible with V1 code"

So the devices I deal with just had a firmware update released. It clearly states that devices with the new firmware are not backwards compatible. I got a call from another shop, they couldn't get a updated unit to work with an out of date unit. "Did you read the flash note that appeared on your screen when you logged in?" "No" >mfw (see pic). so how was everyone else's day?
