@mcstudz I'm not naming any names, I don't really care who it was. There is no one in the group I wouldn't be happy to hang out with. I was trying my best not to sound accusatory, but it's a little hard with a mere 1000 characters to properly convey what I want to say. Excitement is fine, some people just need to stop and think before they talk, as there's a time and a place.

@darkw00d I'm not mad at you. I'm not mad at anyone, I'm like Pinkie Pie, I want to be friends with people no matter what, and I don't like people feeling bad. All I'm saying is that some people need to remember that some things have a time and a place. I was very aware that, among others, Michelle Creber and her mother were in the audience, and there were some people that probably weren't taking that as much into consideration as they probably should. I'll happily love and tolerate things that I personally find a little on the sketchy side, but people just needed to keep in mind that a 12 year old girl and her mother is a slightly different audience. I'm not saying it was you. I don't even know who you are, so I can't and won't point fingers. It wasn't any one person, it was just voices in the crowd... I just felt kind of ashamed by proxy, and I felt that needed to be stated.

@darkw00d No. As BronyMike mentioned, during the second screening of the finale, Michelle Creber was in the audience, and some people were rather loudly making jokes at a few points that were merely... uncouth, to say the least.

!vancouverbronies Made me feel really ashamed to read about the troubles with the second screening, as while it had nothing to do with me, the actions of one represent us all, and people will often cling to the negative aspects of things more tightly than the positive or simply neutral, and I'm disappointed for our fandom to impart such impressions on people such as Michelle Creber and her family. The main reason I haven't been coming to weekly meet-ups is of course work, but a much smaller aspect is the fact that there are members of our group who I'm honestly kind of ashamed to be associated with in public. I couldn't name any names, or point any fingers, it's really not important enough to remember. I can't stress enough that there's no one I dislike. In fact, I'm looking forward to going to next Saturday's meet-up, and loved chatting with people at the screening. I like to get along with people. Just try to remember that for some things, there is a time and a place.

@axalyss Just some people talking a little too loudly, making jokes that were perhaps just a little too... er... crude, not taking into mind just who could hear them, and not realizing that not everyone shares their sense of humour.

!bcbronies Alright. Once again. I know a lot of you are hoping to post all your footage all over the place, but please only post it sparingly. If you upload images on Facebook, be careful who you tag. At this point, we cannot confirm whether or not Hasbro's cool with us having had the crew at the meetup, and until we can get a more concrete idea of how to present this, I want to keep this as LOW-KEY AS POSSIBLE. Thank you. We have accessed what contacts we can to try to determine what we can do, but we won't know until tomorrow night at the earliest.

!bcbronies : IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Feel free to share that you were at the april 21st meetup. However, any pictures of the staff will be on hold for the time being, We are trying to maintain good relationship with Hasbro. Stay hush about who was here till we have permission to, we are on shaky grounds as is and we dont want to ruin future cons by having Hasbro pull support on all cons. Thank you for understanding.

For the most part, everyone and everything was completely fine, but I hope everyone reads it just to make sure we're on the same page. @thepuzzldpirate I was gonna ask about the extra funds. Children's Hospital, eh? That's FANTASTIC. Also, I've sent an email to EqD regarding posting people's footage. A reminder, please refrain from submitting your footage, the staff didn't all get the go-ahead to actually attend this and I'd like to avoid any issues that could theoretically come of this.
