      @omochao It's not really a fix, but I guess it'll keep the problem from affecting site usage? Maybe? I... don't really know. I can't reproduce what's causing it...

    Uses the Desktop Notifications API (abstracted with a lightly modified notify.js) for fancy things. Also remove RDNPlus's DM-checking feature since it's obsoleted by this!
