  2. @pandabear .. I'm... So sorry... I got to... thinking to much.. I didn't realize the weight of your words... I \... Wow.... Thank you... This is as much of an emotional issue as it is an intellectual one... maybe even more so...

  3. @pandabear Yeah, my grandfather had to go through that as well, a hard smoker for many years. I think like 2 or 3 packs every day? He made the decision to quite when my sister was born I think... I remember he constantly had to chew on straws...

  4. @pandabear Also sorry if I happen to be a bit rude. I get upset when people tell me what I already know, I feel rebellious and stuff... So, my apologies.

  5. @pandabear But that is the thing, they are never safe. In my psychology classes, Health class, and even my English class, your troubles do not end after you are off it for a while. One will always be tempted by such a strong drug. Especially if one was emotionally invested... Again, it is not guaranteed... But damn, this one happens a lot...

  6. @pandabear Emotional or a Curious vice. Everyone has a vice, theirs just happened to lead them a dark path. And, I like to think of them as monks... the knowledge they have is immense. Not like technical know how, but of the human condition.

  8. @pandabear Understood... I have met some former Heroin addicts on my missions and, their stories are sad. I learned a lot from their strife though. They are nice people. Just had a misfortune of falling into a trap.

  11. @pandabear Yeah yeah, I know that Jazz... Nothing is immediate, because all brains are different, all adverse affects range because of the difference of sensitivity to Neurotransmitters and that... You are preaching to the pope here! I apologize if your efforts are in vain, for I know this. They taught that in class. And honestly, I read up on this before hand as well. I was worried they would teach some propoganda in class and I decided I wanted to know what was real or not so I can help the other kids identify this stuff. But I found out this weird class was very proactive and that. It was awesome to see my teacher be so relaxed about it, he even stated he tried some ganja when he was in college and all that, it was not what others make it out to be. It is just a drug, not evil or a spawn of satan. A tool if you will. There are many tools like it, but it could be a better tool for some than others.

  13. @pandabear Hell, they even allowed us to do a presentation of our own, we would come up with our own research as a group and determine all of the drugs effects, good or bad. Like, one group did something called Croc, it was hella weird!

  14. @pandabear Not here, DMT is not addictive, but dangerous near windows. Has little adverse effects except for a very unlikely case of psychosis. And they stress the unlikelihood along with Marijuana's small adverse effects, we even delved into how it could be used to treat pain in cancer patients and all that Jazz. Crack is wack and dumb... ruins lives because it is highly addictive and habitable. Plagued Canada and the US in the 70's. People should avoid Drugs because it can alter brain functioning, but that varies from drug to drug and that ranges from negligible to insane. It was not very blind at all. We were taught skepticism and all that jazz.

  15. @pandabear Yeah yeah... it's the stuff they teach at school.. They know some of us will probably use the stuff anyways, so they also give advice on how to do it safely in health class along with the usual anti-drug stuffs.\
