People in some countries talk about beef as a luxury, but where I live if people can't have beef once a week at least they'll riot. In fact they have in the past.
It's fine if they can't afford many other things, but cow meat is a must. -

Honestly an interim military government at the start of the mandate is genuinely a better option to a pseudosocialist populist cleptocratic government a la Kirchner, Chavez or Morales.

Yep. Apparently it couldn't render the objectives map on DX10 so it went completely black after finishing an objective as the game had to show the map to update the mission.
