  2. @nvrrmbr Wonderful! Wait, I don't feel any differently. Maybe I'm just special.

  3. @nvrrmbr B-but you have to feel sad for me. Isn't that what this place is for? :( I can't just feel sad for myself all by myself. (Actually, just this year I decided I've been wasting my childhood and realized I don't want to instantly be an adult now. Responsibility is kind of painful)

  4. @lyokotravels Wait do you have to be an adult? I happen to be a minor as well which could perhaps justify me not trying it yet. So there, @nvrrmbr

  5. @nvrrmbr W-why did I get the celestiherp face. ;_;

  6. @nvrrmbr I haven't tried it yet, I was just saying I'm a bit impartial towards social networking in general. It usually makes me view my peers to a bit lower standards.

  7. @ponyrookie It's from a rather old film by Matt Stone and Trey Parker (creators of South Park) called Team America: World Police and offers a satirical view on the American foreign policy through means of puppets and some catchy songs. It's not a great movie, but it does have some hilarious scenes. Here's the brony version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTW8_PgzMjk

  8. @greydragon412 A lot of my friends are using Google+ now, but I'm mostly uninterested in Social Networking. I have a Facebook besides here, but that's to keep in touch with some of my friends I met over in Taiwan when I visited and to occasionally make sarcastic remarks to the lyrical postings of my American peers. Not sure why I'd join G+. I do like Google a lot, though.

  9. @greydragon412 Do you have any people you are actually friends with who use the service?

  10. Any bronies here play Beatmania IIDX? I'm onto level 9s now and I'm really glad I can finally look like I'm playing the game well. :p !rgp

  11. Whelp, there was no real conversation on refresh so I suppose it's time for bed. Goodnight, everypony, and thank you for the discussion.

  12. @derpy Because he himself said it twice? That's pretty XYZZing dumb. Oh wait. Oh god.

  13. @jimbo I'm rather sure many people are capable of dying their hair. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I'm blond and I really wouldn't care if someone pointed it out or even mocked it. I'm actually a little disappointed my hair is beginning to brown out.

  14. @starlightbolt I never explicitly stated either of those things, but I apologize for the implications.

  15. @purpletinker Then why not do that?

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 02:53:26 UTC from web in context
  16. @purpletinker I believe the defense has worked with The Piratebay, but I could be wrong. I guess the owners are kind of in Sweden now as well. But what kind of laws are in place that prevents minors from seeing profanity? Big sites like Youtube don't censor it for minors.

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 02:51:30 UTC from web in context
  17. @jimbo I agree with everything you said here except the censoring-yourself part of it. The only honest way you can get people to not be offended it to not say anything at all. Ever. It's still their body, their choice, and their feelings regardless of what you say and if the person is being a dick then perhaps the community would deal with it properly. Dealing with dicks is a very good thing to learn how to do considering there are quire a few out there right now, so you should feel challenged rather than victimized. If it is actually harassment you could report it. But is there not a polite way to point it out? Like "hey, bud I'm a little bit concerned with your health, it's still your decisions and all, but here are some suggestions on how I feel you could have a better life." Is that unacceptable?

  18. @starlightbolt In what regards?

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 02:38:20 UTC from web in context
  19. @jimbo Are you anti opinion as well? I don't endorse what you're saying I do, but I also don't like how you're saying "I can attack whoever I want, but nobody can attack X group of people." And you've been nothing but misinterpreting what I have said.

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 02:34:27 UTC from web in context
  20. @ponybis Whoops, relooking at that I also meant to underline the part where I said "in most cases," I never said every fat person can not-be-fat like @jimbo claims.

  22. @purpletinker Did you see what she was just doing? She was kind of flat out attacking me and swearing. Allowing your personal preferences to take priority over professional ones is, well, unprofessional. Also are you unable to see who does what on the site?

  23. @jimbo When did I insult you? I'd like you to point it out. And if you're making that argument you're kind of being a huge hypocrite. You did begin this conversation with a rather crude statement and then I explained my reasoning for the statement and you just acted like a jerk. I'm sorry, but I've lost all respect I had for you.

  24. @redenchilada It was quite overwhelming.

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 01:59:37 UTC from web in context
  25. @jimbo Since it appears you're incapable of a rational conversation I'll quit trying to make points.

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 01:58:24 UTC from web in context
  26. @jimbo It sounds like you feel persecuted which wasn't my intention. Please stop being egotistical and start reading my points because you're missing all of them. This is the only post directed at you.

Wednesday, 21-Sep-11 01:48:10 UTC from web in context
  27. @jimbo Where did I even say "fat?" Are you making assumptions based on your own qualities? My point was event he decent looking people in those photos were being attacked and the females were being accused of being male. And saying being overweight is uncontrollable is ridiculous because in most cases it is quite controllable if you are aware of what it going on and how to fix it. And I'm going to be flat out honest and say I'm a fat admirer. Why do you think I'm attacking fat poeple? Besides, if someone is in risk of health alerting them off that and discouraging bad lifestyle choices is probably for the best.

  29. @jimbo How can you be a part of a concept? People who think anonymous is a "group" are simply wrong. Even the ones "part of anonymous." It's ridiculous to think of them as a group, they're just everyone on the internet who doesn't have a name. The "organized" folks are ruining the opportunity to anonymously speak opinions on subjects and KYM is a huge part of encouraging that. Your thoughts are simply evidence to show how skewed everything has gotten.

  30. @jimbo Did you even read anything before that? And you're not doing a very good job of attacking my ideology. That's rather immature of you to say and if you looked at the real world for a moment you'd realize appearance is something extremely important in the professional world and keeping yourself to an at least sociable-level is generally a good idea and sometimes someone needs to be properly reminded that this is a property they need to improve. I'm having trouble sympathizing with someone who flat-out insults me, but you're welcome to voice your opinion.
