@pengawill Worry about everyone's transport, a method of identification, and an event to bring everyone together... even if it's just a roundtable of "X is the best pony because Y"

@pengawill I helped to arrange the first Utah meet up. A few suggestions: divide the work load and have a goal. We ended up standing around akwardly and figuring out what to do.... and even getting there was tedious. Having someone assist in the plan is a BIG help... if you have an all ages place that holds interest for all, that's the place to go... even if it's just an arcade
