I am a brony from Utah. I am from Utah, and became familiar with MLP on Know Your Meme in the middle of May. I wasn't familiar with it at the time, and had never seen any opposition, trolls, and the like, so it was easy for me to get involved. I don't have a favorite pony really, all ponies are best pony, except for Applejack. Yeah... Anyway, my favorite phrase is "x is best pony", regardless of whether it is a pony or not. I love Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Princess Celestia, Pinkie Pie, Cheriliee, Lily Blossom, and Octavia most, and those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head. I appreciate stories and ideas. I love ideas of horror, especially good creepypasta, and I love computers. I am trying to learn to use Ubuntu at the moment, and have done a little programming. One of my main focuses in MLP is merchandise, I have bought lots of it, but I need to grow my collection more. If you want to talk or something, just tell me, and I will be more than happy to reply.

@pony Sorry about the whole situation with RBD. Our group is primarily Facebook now. I miss the good old days where we used RBD.net. We actually had a meetup today. Had I checked the page before hand, you could have come. I'm so sorry. I'll remember and let you know about the next meetup that comes up. Cheers!

@ponygeist Thanks for your support. In response to linux, yes, I am going to try for Lin+. I need to test for my Net+ and my Cisco CCNA and CNA as well. I kind of know you as one of the few Linux bros I know, would you recommened Lin+ if you know anything about it?

@ponygeist I'm doing alright. There was some drama with the members and what not. Much of the group has moved over to the facebook page, that's mostly were we do business now. I wish we had still kept to RBDN, but then no one would use it. There was arguments about what could be posted and stuff, people sometimes trying to post Rule 34, along with arguments with meetup planning and all sorts of little things. We have had 1, maybe 2 meetups since you have been gone, going to probably do a service project for the next one in December. I'm waiting until January so the semester can end, I'm still in High School and all, rather boring, but next semester I am going to take a Comptia Linux class. Can't say whether it will be good or bad, but the teacher shows a bit more intelligence then most of the ones I know. No worries about dropping from the Radar, it's good to see you back.

@ponygeist Hey bro. I know we haven't spoken in a while, not that we did before. Back at that meetup you came to, I don't think you know how much of an influence you had. Several of my brony friends and I thought you were the coolest brony, if not the coolest guy we had ever met. I should say it was probably good that you moved to Seattle, you got to avoid all the drama the Brony group had of late. Even though we met only once, you are an awesome guy. Keep with it Bro.

!utahbronies No, we don't really talk too much. When a meetup comes up in discussion though, that usually brings up a lot of conversation. If you guys have any ideas for anything, please let me or one of the admins know. A lot of discussion goes on in the Facebook Bronies Group. You might want to look there, but we do talk to each other here. Just not as much.

!utahbronies @vivthefeline @eliaphir I personally don't think that we should have another meetup planned so soon, without an actual plan. I think we should take this month to compile some ideas and such that we can use in our future endeavors. Perhaps we should all participate in an email list again. If we had a better plan, than maybe, but if we all use email, than I am sure you can participate too Viv. Let me know what you guys think.

!utahbronies This group got much bigger. When I joined, we had 7-8 members? Now we are up to 17! This is exciting. I don't know if I can make any of the meetups, mostly for transportation purposes, but I would love to hear more about Utah Bronies from all you.
