@rainbowmaui well a lot of this that you are telling has occured to me at one point or another, however initiating the execution of any of these steps is just difficult for me. I feel as though if I focus on feeling more confident and secure then i can remove this unwanted emotional block i seem to place on myself. Ideally an awareness of the issue means that i should have been able to rationalize my way through it ages ago.

@tekkdan i understand what you mean. i always get really flustered if someone asks if i like the show and im not sure if they do aswell. I have a shirt that spells out HArMoNY with the periodic table elements and when people ask what my shirt means i just say "science"
