I often do receiving at work, and have to take the temperature of frozen product boxes before signing for them. The driver gets angry telling me "its a brand new refrigerator truck, yadda yadda!" and I unfortuantly say, "Sorry, its company policy, for our legal safety and customers health." Sad really.
