Sofa king doleed off. DollyHair.com mailed my rehairing supplies to 11010 instead of 10010, so it's going to bounce... all the way back to California. USPS refuses to let me change the post office, and DollyHair's phone number is unavailable. AUUUUGH.

@abigpony Making my own thing didn't break the site. (Actually, I just got done with that.) Simply trying to enable status.net's own memcache plugin to speed the site up broke it. (Irony?) It's a total coincidence that I tried enabling memcache on the same evening as I hacked up an email verification requirement thinger.

@abigpony @cabal @elind85 Arghlebarghle. Looks like Status.net has no built-in option to require email validation to register, so I'll have to code one myself.

@kingcarcinopony It kind of will. The meetup groups will all be implemented as StatusNet groups. That's kind of why we're herding as many groups as possible onto RDN. :) For now, RDN doesn't do everything meetup.com does. Eventually... it will!
