This is a server-side error. We encountered it a year or two ago. See my old post:

@ari seguramente habrás buscado por quitter y quitter es una interfaz para ver !gnusocial en web, no es el nombre de la red.

Para !android tienes #andstatus y #twitdere. Ambos con defensores y detractores. :)
En Android se suele recomendar instalar el repositorio de aplicaciones libres Fdroid de fdroid.org (necesitas habilitar orígenes desconocidos en Ajustes de Seguridad del Teléfono) y pasar del Google Play.

Aparte, la interfaz quitter en el teléfono también se ve y maneja bastante decente.

Cuando ando fuera de casa y oficina entonces reviso (cuando me dejan también) muy por encima y con #andstatus todo lo publicado durante el día, y hasta me sorprende la variedad temas, fotos, imágenes adjuntas y cosas más que ni había visto desde navegador ni siquiera con #chokoq, y es que andstatus es muy muy bueno, debería usarlo mucho más y desde una tableta exclusivamente.

@mmn Sorry, I am sure  annoying you - but it would be great to find the problem why I can't connect to my #gnusocial instance with a client. On the other side #andstatus seems to connect with an other mode/protocol - this is working.

So I have to give up the idea to connect linux clients to my #gnusocial instance? Does #andstatus use an other protocol -  this is working.

@luiseme @escobrice es !gnusocial quien está haciendo la conversión. Acabo de entrar desde la interfaz clásica y ahí se ve que lo convierte, pero no sé en base a qué. :?

Así que luego #quitter o #andstatus también convierten la url a una de google maps. :(

@demoakracia yo es que lo tengo deshabilitado. Los de !gnusocial son unos pesaos. ;)
PD Tengo el widget en el escritorio y lo veo ahí. De todas formas #andstatus creo que solo muestra menciones "puras", es decir, que te nombren, pero no que compartan el mensaje.

Te hice caso, actualicé mi #andstatus y ahora no funciona muahahahahaahahaa pero me dio opción de enviar mensaje error a ellos, asi que por una vez le di a enviar. Que les sirva de ejemplo o documentación cual es el problema. /cc @coloco

Cometí el error de actualizar #AndStatus a la versión 26.03 y dejó de funcionar, menos mal que hice un backups antes. Al parecer dicha versión es incompatible con Android 4.X. ¿La solución? Actualizar a la versión 26.04 desde Google Play o esperar dicha versión en F-Droid. Personalmente, paso de Google Play.

@andstatus I have still not understood how to manage my TL. I didn't use #andstatus for 4 days. Now after starting it I have queets on the display which are 4 days old. How to get the recent ones without to download and scroll through hundreds of the last 4 days?

@andstatus Again my #andstatus sync problem. I have a big TL but don't use my smartphone all the  time. After 6 or 8 hours the TL passed and then when I start #andstatus I see very old posts. To scoll up to the newest one is quite long and the "go to top" seems not to work really. What did I miss?

La locura de los teléfonos actuales es algo que me sorprende y sobrepasa, el juguete e imagino que el valor de tener un modelo más potente es suficiente para justificar los cambios mas necesarios. Versión, procesador, memoria, instalación, expansión y todo lo demás. La tremenda coartada es que #andstatus, #gnusocial, #jabber, #conversations y #xmpp esas cosas no le hace ninguna sombra, mas al contrario.

Por cierto se actualiza muy mucho esta aplicación #Andstatus, debo revisar que novedades trae.

Hoy cuando actualicé #Andstatus vi algo curioso, un refresco y parpadeo de la barra estado o notificación sorprendente, por poco pienso que algo se había vuelto loco.

Sagt mal: Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass #AndStatus gleich mit einem Update der Timeline zu öffnen? Ich schiebe mir immer erst mal einen Wolf bis ich bei den aktuellen Nachrichten bin. Früher konnte man einfach an der Scrollbalken hochscrollen, aber, das geht seit kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Für eine Idee wäre ich sehr dankbar. :-)

@andstauts Perhaps I missed something: Would it be possible to have an option in synchronization: As soon as you start #andstatus it syncs to the newest message in the timeline - mainly when it is "start"? Thanks.

@andstatus  I have still sync problems with the "Start" TL. I re-installed the account and now #andstatus blocks with notices which are 3 days old.

@andstatus My timeline is quite busy and I look at my phone very 2 or 3 hours. Now I see that it takes always quite long when #andstatus syns the TL again. Is there any possibility to accelerate this? Thanks.
