after the OGDA meeting, I had my dad take me back to my house, so I could get my retainer. while I was there, I got my mlp blanket (because my sister wanted to see it). we got to my dad's house, I showed my sister, and then my aunt started asking "what the hell is up with this My Little Pony stuff? are you on LSD? are you gay?" stuff like that. my sister and I responded with the whole "haters gonna hate, it's not the OLD mlp, I'm not the only one," that kind of stuff. and to think, just earlier today, I was thinking about how I could probably !convert that aunt.

@nightwillow So we're talking (mom, mom's BF and I), and it someone comes up that mom's BF (let's just call him James) likes Anime. he asks if i'm into it, and I say no. then my mom tells James to ask what kind of animation I am into (mlp, of course) he gives me a weird look, and I begin to defend myself. I mention that he's always saying that he's willing to do anything once, and so I think he's going to be my next !convert!

Today was an interesting day. I went to Halleck Park in Papillion with my friend to feed the geese, and had fun there. after that, I went to my dad's (picking up some job applications on the way) so we could discuss classes that I want to take at Metro Community College. at one point during my visit, I went downstairs to watch TV, and my brother was watching the Billy Mays Tylenol video on his phone. He asked if I had seen them, and I said that I had seen some (I've seen the RD Tylenol, which then appeared in the "Related videos" list, which he clicked on, and watched half of completely voluntarily! I knew he would be the next one I would !convert! so anyway, we talk about classes, my dad and I play a little Mario Kart Double Dash !vgp, and I leave.

so I just got back from that party. I watched the first episode with the guy with the pony fetish (he has never seen an episode before) and the guy that I took to the party (he wasn't excited about it). pony fetish boy enjoyed it, and said that he would watch the next episodes willingly. the other kid says that he is "neutral" about it, that he would watch it with others, but he wouldn't "sit in a basement, alone, just watching freaking My Little Pony." !convert

Forgot to mention that on Saturday, my (former)best friend/neighbor got in a car accident, totalling the SUV and breaking his elbow. I intend to spend some time with him later today, after I'm done here at the orthodontist and I get some new shoes. Maybe, in his weakened state, he'll be more susceptible to an attempt to !convert him :)
