What are the options as a #GNUSocial admin for blocking notices from specific remote accounts? E.g. If I don't want posts from @pornvendor@social.example.com to be on the network public timeline, can I configure that somehow on my GS instance?

I noticed that many #gnusocial instances haven't connected with Fluffle Puffposter.club My http://quitter.no/ account is showing up in search results but the others are not.

In at least five years of running SN/GS instances, I've always felt that #GNU_Social / #StatusNet logs resemble #Java's logging. Far too much info, but never enough about the actual problem you're investigating.

Better late than never: My this year's thanks to free software tools
#Twidere is my daily driver for #GNUsocial and one of the mobile applications I mostly use.
#Geany is *the* Gtk editor for me. Writing notes & tasks lists, editing config files, reading and cleaning logs sent in by customers.
Home entertainment has never been so easy with #Kodi and #LibreELEC. I watch series, movies, stream live sports and regular TV all with one handy interface.
Thanks to all the devs, bug hunters, designers, testers, donaters. You've done a magnificent job and - even that sounds somewhat pathetic - brought huge improvements to my life. Rock on!

!gnusocial es sobre #descentralización y #libertad La idea es que el usuario tenga el control de su red social y no al revés, que el contenido le pertenezca al usuario, que el servidor que ejecuta el #software asegure la integridad de los datos del usuario y que el #código detrás de cada publicación sea transaprente, auditable... En cuanto a #tor y #javascript ya es cuestión de cada #nodo Pero eso ya no es tema de #gnusocial sino del nodo propiamente, de manera que es cuestión de saber escoger, si no, contamos con una opción todavía mejor: montar nuestro nodo y que la #privacidad corra por cuenta propia /cc !fediverse

No way to know whether I'll succeed in this, but I'm planning to submit at least one patch each to #GNU_Social and #Friendica in 2017. And to try to help create better docs for both projects.
