Good day !tzag !fediverse !tempfix. I finally got the battery of my old phone charged (with the external sloooow charger). while that was still going, I analysed what apps I'll need to get at my local calendars, *and* set up my own server with calendar/contacts (and maybe tasks, too). That will be Nextcloud on one of my Linodes, plus DAVdroid (from F-Droid) to handle syncing. This will make me much less vulnerable when a device fails me. I *hope* I can get this much done over the weekend... Later, I want to set up syncing with my ASUSTOR NAS (Hal) - for which Nextcloud has recently also become available (yay!). #Firster: #lunch!

...and now I have two new mouses ('mice' is reserved for those little warm-blooded critters): one grey, one red, plus a fast battery charger (my old one was also on the blink - literally). Time for #lunch now!

Hoisting couch (for the neighbors) successfully completed. Now I need to re-do a lot of cabling because my desks are switching places. Got some materials already. First: #lunch with green curry !noodles!

phew! mounted ONE pole of my STOLMEN rack - two more to go - this is *hard*: mounting a pole at a precise position and absolutely vertical, clamped between floor and ceiling (and without a helper). going totake a break, my thumbs are hurting, and it's #lunch time, too
