He's only a year younger then me,has autisim and is my best friend in the whole world! He didn't get caught. He turned himself in!!! You don't even know what happened! Neither do I...it wasn't drugs or alchol! I know my brother. Sorry....but.....you don't talk about someone that close....like that.
