@redenchilada my (old) High School does Block Scheduling. 4 classes a day (85 minutes each), and there's 4 semesters a year, instead of 4 quarters.

so last night, my computer screen just went black. it didn't shut down or anything, it just went black. I was pretty tired, so I figured that maybe if I shut my laptop, and open it again, it will be fixed. Well, I shut it and went to bed, figuring I'll deal with it in the morning. but when I got up and opened it, the inside was really hot (also, the fan was going louder than normal all night. it was nice white noise). oh, and the black wasn't fixed. So I shut down the computer, go take a shower, come back, and it was still a bit warm. odd. !techponies
