@yuri programming, for me at least, has some basic rules to follow: IT ALWAYS NEEDS MORE FANCY LIGHTS, it always needs more sensors, it always needs to be better, ALWAYS.

@yuri Yeah, I mentioned her a couple of times. A 13 year old girl, with outstanding capabilities in most things. Able to grasp everything I tell her and make use of that knowledge. Lots of charisma and the ability to use that as a weapon and tool. And really funny.

@yuri I care for most of the ones I like just enough to check if they're still there. Not much more. Only one demonstrated being something more, enough to make me REALLY care.

@yuri Yeah. I only care for specific individuals. And that means bothering enough to do something just for one. The species in itself demonstrated being far too weak and idiotic.

@yuri Of course it is, but their goals have no proper intellectual basis. If they were to decide what was supposed to happen, it would result in absolute disaster.

@yuri here's my curiosity: does probability actually mathematically express anything, or is it just human's history biggest cop-out and avoidance of crunching numbers?
