  1. @katsumichan94 No worries! I consider it a very successful evening. You may not have been there to meet them but we found a nearby bunch of bronies for you and I got to enjoy playing board games with some new folks. Also, the owner of Kaboom talked to us for a bit about how he's trying to get some mlp merch in his store!

  2. @katsumichan94 Hey! Yesterday we had a board game meetup at Kaboom to try and find people for you to play with. The message I sent to you apparently didn't get sent to you. But we did find a whole bunch of active Rio Rancho bronies! They have a facebook page where they organize their meetups here: http://www.facebook.com/groups/322375747787217/ I think they're probably your best bet for finding players on that side of the river. Best of luck!

  3. @katsumichan94 At Active Imagination you can just walk in (though before we started I checked with them to make sure there were no big events going on during the time we wanted to play). It would probably be a good idea to go into Kaboom and talk with someone, just to get a feel for the place, before we try to schedule something.

  4. @katsumichan94 Looking at Kaboom's webpage, it looks like it should work! And running a game is really pretty easy. I plan alot more than I need to. You just need an idea for a a couple different plot hooks and the flexibility to let the players go in the directions they want. Start by reading the Ponies and Parasprites Handbook here-> http://tinyurl.com/dylftj7 and I'll work on finding you some players :)

  5. @katsumichan94 Hey Kat. So, now that you've seen us play, what did you think? I know it's a rather loud and chaotic game but we really do have alot of fun. As you can see, I have my hands pretty full with my current players, but I might be able to fit you in, especially if you can only come occasionally (we'll come up with a clever reason for why your character wouldn't be there often). As for meeting closer to the west-side, All my players live pretty close (and have their own transportation issues) so I'd be pretty hard pressed to move them but I'm open to suggestions. Do you have any good ideas for where we could meet closer to you? Also, as I mentioned before, there's a good chance we could get enough westside players together to start a second game out there if that would be more convenient for you.

  6. @katsumichan94 Fantastic! The next one is this coming Saturday (the 11th) at 5:00. We meet at Active Imagination (on the corner SW corner of Juan Tabo and Montgomery). If you want to familiarize yourself with the system I've been using, it's called "Ponies and Parasprites" and can be found on a google doc linked to their facebook page. Hope to see you there!

  7. @katsumichan94 I guess you haven't really been on here but I wanted to pass this on. The Pony RPG has been really popular. I know of two other bronies who have expressed interest to me (thunderclash and abbqedbrony). I'm certain that if another game was formed more would want to play too. If you still want to play, why not come to one of my game sessions just to watch and get a feel for the game. Then, if you want, you can get in contact with the others and see where it goes :)

  8. @katsumichan94 We've been meeting at Active Imagination in the Northeast heights. And I'm sorry to say this but, I think our current game is pretty full. I don't know if I can manage more than 6 players. If someone drops out, I'll be sure to let you know. Also, If you wanted to start a second game, I bet you could find enough interested players. Your group and mine could even play at the same place and really establish a brony presence!
