@aeniug2 Not inherently - there is quite a bit of computer based psychological tests which have the advantage that the data you get are not influenced by the researchers. A thing, psychologists are very aware of.

@aeniug2 During my viva my examiners asked me why I didn't arrange 1-on-1 interviews with the children. I replied I would - being a guy - never be able to get that through the ethics committee of university. The same people who cry wolf about the lack of male role models in early childhood and middle childhood are the first to point the finger at you and to slander you because they find it suspicious you (being a guy) likes to do research with children.

Conditions of care in many pet shops are often far less than ideal. The bottom line is that Pet Shops are run as a business for profit, therefore money is the main motivator. They will happily sell a helpless kitten to anyone who pays their money, with no thought to whether that animal will end up in a suitable home, or if the customer is prepared to neuter it at 6 months and care for it for the rest of it's life. Many cute, fluffy kittens bought in pets shops grow up un-neutered, un-cared for and find themselves eventually joining the two and a half million strays struggling for survival on the streets - often victims of hunger, cruelty and disease."
