First thing I do after waking up is turn on my iPad and read a bunch of fanfics. It's my perfect way to start the day. The last thing I do before going to sleep is pretty much the same. I really enjoy the bronies' work and I've created this microblog especially to say what I think of it.

This is a sad story about the origin of Derpy's cutie mark. Stylish, atmospheric and impressive, this fic is highly recommended even to those ponies who don't read fanfics. 10 out of 10. Seriously.

Opposites Attract? by NvrRmbr http://nvrrmbr.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d3fce0e A small fic with Rainbow and Rarity shipping. To be honest, I can't say I enjoyed it much. The style overall is quite weak, primarily because the word repetitiveness is really frustrating. And Pinkie blackmailing? That's not the way good friends act. But anyway, there's a bright side: the atmosphere of the original show is on the right place. That's why I give it 5 out of 10 and wishing the author, who is @nvrrmbr good luck with further creations.

@ristar Portal 2 doesn't sound like a retro game to me :P Too bad I have troubles getting the original consoles like NES or Genesis in my country. Only chinese junky clones.

Some Important Things by anonymous. http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/02/story-some-important-things.html If you're looking for some action-packed shipping fic, you'll definitely enjoy this one. The whole story describes Zecora's life before she got into Ponyville. I won't say anything else about the storyline to make sure somepony doesn't get a spoiler. Overall the fic is quite long and well-written, except for the action movie-ish final showdown, but somepony else might enjoy it. Not me, though. Anyways, I'd give it an 8 out of 10 and definitely recommend it to everypony including those ones who's not shipping fans.
