Yes, you can have a fine and go to jail for that. France's legal system is in a horrible state beyond repair. We have no freedom except to STFU and pay. The whole system is being stirred by enormous (((entities))) and they always abuse it. For example the SACEM (witch collects a fine on non-free music to redistribute to ""artists"" and his a private entity) has the right to claim money on your establishment because they passed a law that says that if any music is played in public even if it's copyleft or CC0 you have to pay a fine on it.
