@metaltao Nerd-pride, yeah! I will give you one detail which is pretty much decided: the standard set of tools like sword, bomb, and wand are in it, but I might add more over time.
-
@metaltao Hehe, it is like the very first zelda game for NES, but the world is different and it has a different color palette. ALso, it will be a super hard game
-
@metaltao I've been good :D. I am planning a little zelda-like game for Linux, and Lovey has been doing good too. She has been programming and drawing recently, I think.
-
@metaltao Cool! It sounds like you did a good thing!
-
@metaltao Oh, thanks! Yours is cool too. How are you lately?
-
@metaltao Hi!
-
@poliofalls Welcome, new pony!

@caret7 THe most important thing to remember for this method: Do NOT read every little thing. Look for keywords and stuff, and only the answers to your questions. You should unknowingly pick up other facts along the way.
-
@mrdee If you don't have time to read the book and reflect, do the following: read the intro and conclusion thoroughly, without looking at anything else. Then, for the first chapter, skim the text for headings and titles. Write down any questions you have about the headings, even if it is "why is this important?" Then, skim the text looking for the answers to those questions. This is derived from SQR3 method.Since, you are looking for answers instead of reading aimlessly, it'll be more engaging
-
@mrdee What specifically is the dead end?
-
@mrdee I don't know Latin, but I know good research methods if that would help.

!rdpositiveclub This seems like such a cool group, I love its colors!

@metaltao I think I'm starting to see it. Umbrellas and towels.
-
@loveydoe I agree with you. You are arguing that wavelength and color are not the same. To me, this seems natural. I can open a picture on my computer and tell you "this is a picture of Pinkie Pie", but I can't sincerely tell you that the bytes of the file, open in notepad, are a picture of Pinkie. They only are Pinkie in the sense that my PNG decoder can interpret them as Pinkie.

@bloodrosedoll Hi! Do you know if the chapter 2 of your arctic wolf story is underway? I'm interested in what happens next

@metaltao And so the travelers went. Neither of them knew what they would find, reader, but rest assured that they would not return the same.
-
@metaltao *points* I think it is that way, but dont't take my word for it!
-
@darkw00d Hmm, I thought waifu acquisition was an effortless, instinct kind of thing rather than intentional.

@northernnarwhal Is Aristotle right?
