@redenchilada Yes. It's in the profile options. I do it all the time

The homestuck fandom is really illustrating how young and terrible it is with the not-quite-succeeding attempts to mask their inability to cope with the hiatus by "pretending" to overreact to it.
-
@mastertdi It's providing some amusement
-
@mastertdi I'm investigating alternative approaches to conversational ettiquette
-
@mastertdi Who said I had a point?
-
@mastertdi Search it as a tag
-
@rotation It /is/ Excel. It's where MCM is held, so the reason I recognise the bridge is because I've spent a good deal of time on or around it
-
@mastertdi Buttereggs
-
@rotation Oh! It's not Excel is it?
-
@redenchilada wakarimasen
-
@rotation ECC?

@redenchilada Widget. It's tied to a cronjob, but I can't find which users cron the command is in to reduce the frequency, so I've just disabled it for now.

-
I had to turn the plugin that sends "Updates from your network" off because it was sending out updates once every 5 minutes containing 200 odd notices a time
-
@mastertdi YES!

I'm sure one of you can make good use of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhhmuPKe6w4

@redenchilada If you've set up a tumblr email you can just email your MP3 to that and it'll get autoposted
-
@mushi What console are you buying it for?
-
@mushi It's better designed, which makes it feel easier. Plus the online community still exists so you can get more help more easily.

@snowlynx "Real" Lava Lamps do come with a warning not to use them for "Extended Periods" due to fire hazard, but I think it's probably because they get hot and start fires, rather than risk of explosion. I suspect they're engineered in such a way that the convection period of the lamp is long enough that they'll never get hot enough for anything interesting to happen.

"But it's hard to argue with him; it would be the height of absurdity to rewrite much of what we know about chemistry and physics in order to incorporate an effect that hasn't been conclusively shown to exist."

http://arstechnica.com/science/2013/04/the-pseudoscience-behind-homeopathy/ Those of you interested in chemistry and laughing at whackjobs might find this entertaining
-
@redenchilada I always feel like I can't talk about my problems on here as well, but I think both of us have the right to do so.
-
@redenchilada Sometimes you've just gotta talk about things. Sometimes just saying things is enough to clear your head. Nobody will mind lending an ear when you need it, it's when the only reason you post is to try and dump your problems on the site that people get mad and snappy

@yodelerty You know these are automatically relayed by a bot to the EQD twitter account right
