@redenchilada that would be rather complicated. And requires a business case to justify such a expensive implementation. I don't think @purpletinker would do it, and @ceruleanspark would not pay for it,

@noir Well, if someone's going to wake me up at quarter to four in the morning, I'd certainly prefer it if they didn't use a GUN. Right now, though, I'm just curious about what actually happened. I've been checking news sites all day, but only Global and QR77 picked up the story at all, and all they said was that it ENDED peacefully. No mention of the fact that shots were fired three hours BEFORE it ended. !calgary

@pyravia I have actually eaten at the Cannery in Monteray Bay, CA. It was a 5-star Restaurant where a suit was required to eat in the first class dining room. They also brought out a tray of fake desserts which you could select one. My father and I also snuck into the wine celler where there was a King sized long table with a ordinate guest of honor chair. So Cash!

@redenchilada We didn't drink the wine! This is when I was a teen and my father explained about the different types of wine, and some random gibberish about the dates. Those bottles were dusty as my parents computer after three years.

!vgp Saints Row The Third was an awesome game, but now that I'm replaying Saints Row 2, I'm being consistently amazed by how many great features it had that were just completely left out of SR3. Like.. radio stations with more than two good songs. Holy crap I missed this soundtrack.

@puzzlemint !vgp Yeah, I have to agree. SR3 runs so much better on PC, but at the same time Saints Row 2 was brilliant.

@ceruleanspark I gave G1 and G2 a try and I honestly didn't like it. I do have some positive things I could say about the G1 primme time specials but even those are very small by the pain the terrible voice acting does.

@scribble I don't say she is dispicable - some aspects of her even are awesome. Still - I don't see how she is virteous. Generousity is nice but a friend shows when you really need one, not when this friend has enough of his/her own to spare you some. I would not trust her and trust is the basis of all friendship...

@silverfeather Nah, it really is just bad voice acting. Very bad recording quality (the songs had a decent quality though) which even managed to be worse as He Man. G2 did the voice acting allright but I didn't like the stories of G2.

I know sometimes it becomes a hellish place here, but that's more human nature than your fault. It's impossible to always get 100% along with each other. But still, in general, I think this is one of the best managed communities I've seen in a while. Sure, sometimes things happen that upset others, but that doesn't mean this place is terrible. The site is quite usable, the moderation seems to be about right (neither too extreme, nor so soft it becomes like 4chan) and all-along this is one of my favorite places to be. I know that most of you don't often hear what you deserve to hear, so I will speak it out loud: Thank you, all of you, for making this place possible. I'm happy it exists, even though I may sometimes sound like I'm not. RDN is a great place, and I don't want it to disappear at all, it became like a second home

My likely very cheesy individual thank yous to the admins: @mrdragon, You have always tried to figure out the best way possible to make RDN a great community, and in my opinion, it is. its probably the only community like it that i have stayed more "permanantely" in. @colfax whenever i see someone is RPing on here, and im about to show them to the RP site, I always notice that you already have done so. No rule is broken without a notice from you. @ceruleanspark though we always blame you when the site breaks, you always fix it. then people just ignore you. I wouldnt know the first thing about site coding, so i have alot of respect for ya. @purpletinker Im not really sure if you still are very involved with the site, but from what i remember, you used to be, so thanks for that. @cabal Well, your cabal. What can i say, you made a great decision to create this site. To all: I joined this site exactly 3 months, 4 weeks ago. 120 days. Arguably, this is the best website i have ever been on.

!college !calgary Just got my class schedule for next semester, which starts on september 4th. Friday looks ugly. 8-5 with only a 1-hour break at 1 pm. || Can't complain about thursday, though. 4 hours total, counting the 1 hour break. Everything else is average || Still miss 1st semester when we started late on mondays and left early on fridays.

!calgarybronies Hey bronies! So its about that time of year again...and I would like to host a second annual BBQ! So who would be interested as I will need to make a tentative list to ensure everypony gets fed. I would like to host it around the same time as as last year (1st week or so of September) so as to give lots of time to those of you who might have to make arrangements with work. Please let me know if there is interest and I'll get to booking it. I was very happy with the location as well so Bowness park is where it will be. I should *hopefully* have a car for the date some I can pick up some bronies early if you want to help set up. The exact date and place will be posted later...just want to see if there is an interest <3
