Grrr! After nights of clear skies, it's thick fog this morning. No pretty sky show for me. *pout* Anyway, I hope someone out there has clear skies, and gets a glimpse of the eclipsed moon before they come back in to watch the show! Should be very pretty, especially if it's close to the horizon there. :)

@pinhooves Awww, you weren't able to get a more comfortable pair for things? Or was that even with a more comfortable pair? Glad the pre-opening otherwise went well for you! I hope that the big grand opening today is a lot of fun without being too crazy! As for me, oh, busy and frazzled, but maintaining some semblance of sanity as best I can. :)

Last night, my honey and I went to a lovely production of "A Christmas Carol". The twist with this particular take on it was that it was told from the perspective of Charles Dickens, as he was writing it, with the performers doubling as thought-streams or muses in addition to their multiple character and environmental roles, with the story being developed, argued over, changed and performed as he writes it. Definitely a fun show, and well-performed. As for why I'm talking about it here, one of the performers had a very Pinkie Pie quality to her, very random and off-the-wall. Sealing that thought was when they had to make various night-time noises, and she cut loose with chicken noises, straight out of "Luna Eclipsed", and did this at least twice more through the production. Made my honey and I both wonder what a MLP:FiM production of "A Christmas Carol" (or "A Hearthwarming Night Carol", as the case would likely be) would come out.

Actually, come to think of it, they are all worst pony and best pony at different times to my mind. Sometimes, best pony and worst pony are the same thing. Sometimes, being the worst pony males them a better ony in my eyes. Other times, my head canon is objectively making things go wrong, like when I read to much into that joke with the sheep. Holy Mane, I wrote to much. Wall of text. Good night.

@arctempest Yes, the map shows you bouncing all over the place, it looks like. It would appear that southern B.C. is currently in a state of quantum flux, where you are in multiple locations at the same time in that area. These things happen. Please remain calm, and ignore any encounters with your duplicate selves.

@astra He also has yesmen to help him as well. Infact, he believes that /fic/ belongs to the reviewers, and almost created an oligarchy of reviewers that would have controlled /fic/ if I didn't add my voice to the /meta/ thread regarding improving /fic/. He's hated me ever since.

A heads-up for folks in North America: If you're up to waking up a little earlier before the show, bundle up warm and look to the west at the setting moon. Luna will be putting on a bit of a show with a lovely eclipse, which will be reaching peak at 6:33 AM, making for a very pretty dark red (and, as it gets closer to the horizon, big-seeming) moon. Then, of course, head on in to catch this week's episode at 7. :) (NOTE: The eclipse will also be visible to varying degrees all over the world except South America, Antarctica and parts of Africa, so if you're getting up to catch one of the live streams, you may be able to go out and see it as well.
