@sanic Though commenting on everything else about the song, I'd say I got sort of bored by it. You have some pretty standard riffs from the guitars during the verses, and the production mix is pretty much entirely up front. I mean, it's basically a re-contextualizing of an 80s heavy metal sound with maybe a bit more clean vocals around the chorus, but without any of the finesse in its execution. This isn't to say I expect a piece of music to be wholly original (because let's face, no art or entertainment media really is) but this song pretty much pulls from every tired idea in the book and doesn't have the songwriting to excuse that or the personality to maintain interest. Sorry, in my opinion I wasn't fond of the song.
