Dear internet, if you're going to try to put people down with your logic, it might be a good idea to not put "just saying" on the end of the explanation, nor treat the people you're trying to influence as if they're always 100% EVERYTHING TO THE EXTREME. Everyone's got their grey areas... Or at least most of the people I've spoken to.

@retl Oh hey, that's like when people start with "to be fair", and then say something TOTALLY UNFAIR. Or the ever popular "I'm not racist, but [racist statement]".
-
@thelastgherkin "No offense but (Offensive statement)" is my favourite.
-
@thelastgherkin I'M A MELTING POT OF FRIENDSHIP
-
@retl Who would say "just saying" when trying to put someone down with logic? I only ever use it to mark a comment as related to the topic but not really relevant to anything. Just saying.
-
@redenchilada When I was grumpy last night, I actually listened to some Ghost clips to remind myself how grumpy I wasn't.
-
@rotation Are we in the 90s suddenly?
-
@ceruleanspark I'm more partial to "I'm not homophobic ,but..." *throws in a view point in support of something that undermines equality of homosexuals*
-
@rotation WICKED!!!
-
@thelastgherkin Exactly!
-
@puzzlemint Youtube comment leavers. People who are inexperienced in arguing. Those types. They would.
-
@rotation I love EXTREEEEEEEME THIIIIIIIIIIINGS~ But I can't live my whole life that way.
-
@retl >youtube comments >logic
-
@puzzlemint: Exactly. Part of why I block them in my main browser, but I didn't install such an extension for my <usage censored> browser.
