          @ceruleanspark Uhm . . . Maybe I missed something outside of that conversation thread, but one person joked that Canada is a myth, and another jokingly agreed. Two people. And not terribly insulting. Heck, the rib from a person being (teasingly, I hope) thankful not to be British was more harsh. Did I miss something?
