@ceruleanspark The Admins removed it because of spam, but to tell you the truth I don't know what Admin brought it back, because I know it wasn't re-created.

@stumperman07 It was re-created from scratch on the 10th of November. That's why it has almost no members or posts now.

@ceruleanspark No what I think is when an Admin re-adds the group, the day the group came back is the new "created date"

@princesstwilight You can make any user you like your group admin. You can also remove yourself as administrator from groups you've created, effectively transferring ownership.

@princesstwilight @stumperman07 When you delete something from this site, the only way to get it back is for somepony to literally go into the server and restore from a backup. Tinker or Elind would have to access the database and copy and paste the old missing table rows back in.

@princesstwilight I'm just explaining that there's no magic "restore deleted content" button for an admin or mod to press that brings back groups like that.
