My school's online system is such a suck-festival. And, no, not in anything remotely resembling a good way. It's like there's a routine patience-test you need to pass to continue your education.

@scribus We've been banned from using our school network during school hours because we don't do work.

@seanthebluesheep Oh, I meant the registration/financial aid/et cetera system. I don't even think my school has wireless on-campus. At least, my phone never detected a network.

@scribus Ah, I know nothing of those. However, I was on about the inter-computer network-y thing they spent ages setting up. We spent all of the lessons we had in IT rooms on the group chat thing instead of doing work. It took a whole week for teachers to realise.

@seanthebluesheep heheh Nice. Back in the computer lab at my high school, they locked things down so you had to enter a password to use anything but the program(s) for that particular class. The password was the school's street address. After a year, they changed it and we realized that Internet Explorer could be pointed at local addresses (like, emulators we brought in on CDs). Good times.

@scribus Yeah. I know people who did their geology coursework in three lessons because they had spent all of the other ones playing Minecraft off of memory sticks. I did it in two because I was playing Tetris.

@seanthebluesheep I think Tetris works well for geology. >.>

@scribus I think my coursework was better than most other people's actually.

@seanthebluesheep Way to go. They have done studies on how Tetris improves brain functions, I'm not surprised to hear it worked out for you. :p
