      1. @andranator2 Just got back from a ~4 mile jog in just under 40 minutes. Nothing earthshattering, but I'm still happy with my progress. Now I need to cool down a bit, stretch, pushups, etc. . . Glad to hear you're doing great. :)

        1. @scribus Sounds like a solid workout. I run 5 miles every morning before classes and that's about it.

          1. @andranator2 I've decided I want to work my way up to a marathon when I turn 30 (I'm 28 now). So far, I'm doing three days a week.

            1. @scribus Nice sounds good. Ive never had time to do anything like that. I have too much other stuff to do. I would love to run a marathon but I just don't have the time to train for it. I prefer slower activities anyways like mountain climbing, now that's a workout especially if you've got a big tent to lug up the mountain. I usually just go local though there's one about 40 minutes away thats 5685 feet, it's a good hike, 2 days to the top and back if you keep your speed up. Some parts are a bit sketchy like hanging off the edge of a cliff for about 40 feet and some free climb rock climbing sections. I've had slot of fun with it.

              1. @andranator2 I would *love* to do more hiking and camping and the like. Instead, I spar for my "full-body workouts." (It's actually just for fun, but MAN does it leave me sore!)
