@dlcentaur true true.... No autorefresh tho...
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:07:48 UTC from web-
@aeniug2 Auto refresh? What is this magic that you speak of????
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:08:54 UTC from web-
@dlcentaur unicorn magic, of course.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:09:54 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 Of course! How could I have forgotten? Anyways, what is the auto refresh and where can I get it if I'm on a Mac Book Pro?
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:11:05 UTC from web-
@dlcentaur Well, the first step is to quit using a MacBook. */troutslapped*

@dlcentaur on firefox or chrome (sorry, no safari) search up RDNautorefresh (I think that's what its called) you'll need greasemonkey for FF, not sure for chrome.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:12:51 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 Tampermoney for Chrome.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:13:25 UTC from web -
@techdisk42 I have Firefox (Like a Boss)
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:13:31 UTC from web-
@dlcentaur Like. A. Boss. I'm gonna come right out and say it: I've tried Chrome, it sucks. Firefox is best.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:15:55 UTC from web-
@silverbrony i used to use firefox but i use chrome now. both are really good
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:17:02 UTC from web -
@silverbrony I agree
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:17:49 UTC from web -
@silverbrony I love Chrome over Firefox cause of some of it's features I use daily. But that's just me personally. (Right click > Close tabs to the right being something I'd LOVE on Firefox.) Also Chrome's JavaScript engine is like 4x faster.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:17:53 UTC from web-
@minti hm? Do you mean close other tabs?
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:19:45 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 Kind of. Lemme take some screenshots.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:20:48 UTC from web-
@minti cool, i'm a FF Junkie, so I know my way around it.

Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:22:16 UTC from web-
@minti aah, that actually seems useful! There's probably a plugin for that in FF, I think. I've tried chrome myself, and though i do notice it's faster by a smidgeon, I have addons galore on FF, and ever since I found out about it all those years ago and how it was a billion times better than IE, i haven't used anything else since.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:26:09 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 xD I just love chrome over Firefox. Mainly because I'm a coder though, and Chrome is on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to like HTML5 and stuff.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:27:29 UTC from web-
@minti well, to each their own! I might try chrome a bit more later on, but then again, how about OPERA!
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:29:59 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 Ew Opera. xD!
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:30:21 UTC from web-
@minti well, I wouldnt diss it that fast, my Compsci teacher (who is anything BUT clueless) told us that most hardcore hackers use opera. (I would trust him. There's rumors going around that he's an actual hacker, and I'm inclined to believe them)
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:33:42 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 Haha yeah. Go look up Pwn2Own for some interesting information as far as browser security.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:34:38 UTC from web-
@minti ain't that the one pinkie pie won?
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:35:12 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@techdisk42 It was either that, or Pwnium, the Chrome-only equivalent. xD
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:35:49 UTC from web-
@minti no, it was pwn2own. I remember seeing it on EQD

@techdisk42 Hardcore hackers use botnets and programming ability, not web browsers.

@redenchilada Or social engineering.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:36:02 UTC from web-
@scribus That's a great one. All I need to get into secure places on campus is a bluetooth, reading glasses, and a clipboard.
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:38:37 UTC from web-
@greatandpowerfuleaglehooves It's amazing what you can get away with just by looking like you should be doing it.

@redenchilada Zero-day exploits in web browsers are pretty awesome though. You can install a RAT just by making someone open a webpage!
Friday, 23-Mar-12 04:36:25 UTC from web-
@minti I want someone to infect a prominent webpage to install Desktop Ponies and set it to auto-run on bootup.

@redenchilada Also go to bread.

@minti Ok. *closes everything and goes to bed*

@redenchilada well, I dunno what he meant, maybe they use it for their normal browsing? I just believe him because I'm almost certain he's a hacker. He has said that one of his students once hacked into some government's nuclear facility. That student now runs a computer security company.
