@pixisticks My friend back in May, when visiting my apartment one time, looked me dead in the eye and said, "Ryan? I DARE YOU to watch the first two episodes of My Little Pony." Nothing more. I did, and loved everything about it, though I wasn't as free about admitting it back then as I am now. Within the next 3 weeks I'd watched every single ep up to the end of Season 3, and heard hundreds of songs from the brony fandom. It quickly began to define my life and now ...pretty much all I do is pony-related because it's what I find my joy in...whether it's writing, drawing, or sculpting, I can't seem to steer my mind in any other direction.

@pixisticks Be PROUD of it, whatever you do. There are some ignorant buttheads who will try to make you feel bad for it, but there's really no reason...It's a simple cartoon show. Those same people who criticize you probably grew up with Dexter's Lab or Powerpuff Girls and loved it...but slap a brand name on something and they start to flex their false masculinity.

@pixisticks At the time, my friend who "dared" me was secretly into it a lot more than I was. Now, I far, FAR outrank him in terms of general knowledge. He doesn't even produce art, but he will gladly view mine and communicate thoughts on new eps with me.

@flamingpandaomg Here's the thing: I've been here for like 4 weeks on and off, and I'm trying to juggle like a hundred common users and their personality traits and nail them down in my mind. 'Has nothing to do with your screen name or anything. I have asked you guys both for assistance or opinions in the past and therefore I get confused sometimes. All apologies for that.
