I do not know who it was who brought /fit/ up but ... http://ur1.ca/gkufd ... This picture kinda haunts my mind because I do not fit exactly with any of them... More a mixture of the last 4

@critialcloudkicker The last one isn't even fat, that's a regular strong build.

@nerthos He has easily 15 LBS of fat over his 6pack

@critialcloudkicker The thing is, a strong man always has a decent amount of fat. With 0 fat the body is always on a fine line and not taking care of it for one or two days can ruin your musculature. A bodybuilder will aim for that, a strong guy will aim for resilence and efficience, thus buildinh up some fat.

@critialcloudkicker ........................ I'm sorry, were you saying something?

@thelastgherkin Got your eyes on something you like have you not ?

@critialcloudkicker It's things like this that make me realise I'm really not picky.
Thursday, 06-Feb-14 22:06:55 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin ... I have no idea how picky I am ... I know I prefer a nice piece of candy over the wrapper though... Still I am sort of working on my own wrapper right now... I am not sure if that makes me a hippocrite or just makes me feel healthier... I guess this is one of those cases there the driven motivation is more important to judge than the "what are you doing" part ?

@critialcloudkicker I think it's more that it is far easier to be happy with someone else's body than one's own.

@thelastgherkin ... Hmm... Tough one... Possibly yes, because you are forever stuck with your own, and you can choose the person you like for the person that they are and as such, like their wrapper more than your wrapper

@vt3c I know. But bodybuilders measure calories and types of food to maximize gains, and they underfeed themselves before competitions so that the muscles show better.

@vt3c @nerthos I know this :) I always have been a strong-man. However the last few months I have been losing belt-notches and staying the same weight. I just hope that means what I think it means :) ( which is slowly burning fat in the belly-area whilst slowly gaining more muscles )

@critialcloudkicker Doing any particular excercise regime?
Thursday, 06-Feb-14 22:15:27 UTC from web-
@nerthos Yes, it is called "use your darn trainer bike !" and "Don't eat that, you know it's made out of 40% sugar and 40% butter !" and "Here, have your daily dosage of vitamin C and fruits, they are the same !" ... I kinda grew a liking to Oranges... Although Blood Oranges are probably the best ... Finally "When are you going to that gym across town, you know you have a membership, you are wasting money !" ... Although in my defense, I only bought a pair of sport-trousers yesterday.

@critialcloudkicker So basically common sense
Thursday, 06-Feb-14 22:21:59 UTC from web-
@nerthos Common sense, first off, is not all that common... Second off, it is really powerfull.
